I know, I know. You haven’t heard a peep out of me since the end of 2015. That’s because 2016 began with two life-changing bangs that rumbled on for several months. Not one to live my life out loud, here’s the abridged version: after having to say a final farewell to my father last January (who I miss every day), my military hubby received word that he was being posted (or “stationed” as my American friends say) to the other side of the continent. It was time to finish those renovations, put the house up for sale, go find a new one, and uproot the kids for our cross-Canada move. And now I’m getting settled on the west coast, taking a breath and getting out to see some of this beautiful coast (check out my Instagram for some incredible pics!), as well as getting back into writing. I’m striving to have something new out for you early 2017.
Now back to writing (spoiler alert: to get back into the swing of writing, I’m 34K words into a sci-fi romance.
